Hey there,
I was on Weight Watchers two years ago and managed to lose 30 lbs in less than a year :) It was great when I was sticking to it, but unfortunately I had to stop going to the meetings because I was pretty much a broke college student, so I gained a lot of it back. It sucks because it really worked when I was giving it my all.
I wish you continued success with it! It's a great program :)

I did it with my sister. I just have to say that it doesn't work for everyone. I actually gained weight. My sister lost about 20 pounds. She is still doing it and has had great success. We ate the same food and everything, but it just didn't work for me.
I have a problem with carbs. So I went on the Curves diet and exercise program and have lost about 30 pounds. It has some different recipe ideas, but the food is wonderful. I just can't have alot of carbs that are found in most fruits. Which is a big part of the Weight Watchers program.
So, if it works for you then stick with it.

I used to go on the WW diet at the end of the winter to shed the winter weight, usually 15 pounds. That diet never failed me. I even bought the electronic Points Calculator, and can name the points in just about everything. I never even joined WW, just did it on my own. My friend gave me the packet with the booklet, etc. I personally don't need the group support, but I can understand why others may need it. Good luck!
