Cosby Show' star for 'I'm A Celeb'?

Former Cosby Show star Tempestt Bledsoe has been recruited for the next series of I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!, according to a report.

The actress, who played Vanessa Huxtable in the popular 1980s sitcom, has a reputation for being outspoken and producers are hoping that she will spice up the jungle. Tempestt appeared in the American version of Celebrity Fit Club in 2006, and was regularly involved in arguments with her fellow contestants.

An insider told the Daily Star: "Tempestt lives up to her name. She's a great signing. Everyone knows her as the bossy kid from The Cosby Show. It'll be interesting to see the sparks fly in the Aussie bush."

Tempestt is that bad in real life? I hadn't really gotten that impression of her, from the few things I've seen her do that were non-Cosby.

I haven't seen "Celebrity Fit Club," so I can't comment.

nah. even though i haven't seen the show, from what i've read on this site tempestt appeared on the US version of celebrity fit club. i was intrigued to read though that she would be making an appearance on the british reality tv show, 'i'm a celebrity, get me out of here'. not a huge fan of reality tv myself, but i did enjoy watching the cosby show

I remember the one season it was on here and the winner was dancer Chris Judd. Melissa Rivers was on there as well as former Howard Stern sidekick Stuttering John.

actually, the version of i'm a celeb is UK based and will be only shown in the UK- so unless someone airs the clips online on youtube or some US tv network- be it fox or whomever- shows the programme, then unfortunately, you're gonna be out of luck

they should do a cosby show reunion and get the whole cast to reunite with one another

They did do a Cosby Reunion but I forgot the year but it was on NBC

I wouldn't mind another reunion...with Lisa Bonet as well. If she came back to do that "Hillman Reunion" for "A Different World" on Nick at Nite not too long ago, I think she'd put issues aside and do another Cosby one.
