He is the fellow who allegedly shot at a couple of cops in a bar/game room in New Mexico back in 1984. There was no update on this case when I saw it today but there was also no update on the Ortiz case either (woman who poisoned husband and took their child on the run) that ran just before and I see that the latter case had been resolved by 2000.
