There's no guarantee -- just a glimmer of hope -- Perfect Strangers DVD isn't available yet but Amazon has it listed for a future (possible) release -- I think they are looking for viewer reaction -- there are over 100 positive reviews (all five stars) so far but Perfect Strangers will need a lot more to get attention and a release.

Yeah Amazon basically has a page for pretty much every TV show ever conceived that's purely for "voting" purposes, meaning the studios have proclaimed absolutely no interest in releasing those shows on DVD as of now.

Actually Warner Home Video did say in May that they were considering a first season release of PS for next year - if they do let's all be sure to pre-order it on Amazon!

I hope some of these classic sitcoms, like PS, gets released on dvd soon. So much crap gets put out right away, in full series sets, but the good ones either take forever, are never released, or some of the seasons get released and not the rest (like the Mary Tyler Moore Show). I wish PS would get put on Nick @ Nite instead of some of the mediocre shows that have been on there for the past five or so years.
