USATVFAN 07-31-2007, 10:32 AM So The Cosby Show Expire?
I am Happy if it dose expire.
Pavan 07-31-2007, 10:33 AM So The Cosby Show Expire?
I am Happy if it dose expire.
No, it is not expired. It is on the schedule in the wee early mornings.
Dennis Dubois 07-31-2007, 10:41 AM Seinfeld will probably not do well at 5:00 in the evening. That is either at 6 or 7PM show. TBS is becoming like TVLand with scheduling 4 episodes of a show in a row. It happens many times with this schedule. Saved by the Bell and Home Improvement are examples of this.
MLBonTBS 07-31-2007, 11:12 AM Wow, that's alot of primetime Family Guy. 8 episodes per week.
I'm surprised they moved around the daytime schedule so much also.
jonneh 07-31-2007, 11:59 AM Uh, "Yes, Dear" is moving to an earlier time? Is that really a good move for it? I was thinking "Yes, Dear" was getting very popular on TBS, in its current time slot. I won't even be home from school in time enough to watch it anymore.
Shame. :\

Scoobiedoo30 07-31-2007, 12:22 PM That is a way awsome schedule
Dennis Dubois 07-31-2007, 01:55 PM I was reading the blog, and now that I think about it, this schedule really doesn't seem complete. Pavan pointed out that the fall schedule does not appear until October, and this schedule seems very random and "messy". I can't see why Saved By The Bell is still two hours and Home Improvement is two hours. I also can't believe Seinfeld is airing so early and Everybody Loves Raymond is 90 minutes. TBS could have been able to fit both Dawson's Creek and The Cosby Show in the schedule, as well as NewsRadio. Furthermore, it wouldn't have hurt to acquire one more series, especially one that has not been seen in a while. We'll see.
Scoobiedoo30 07-31-2007, 01:59 PM I am so very glad that Saved by The Bell is on from 6:00 am until 8:00 am Central Time.
howilu 07-31-2007, 04:25 PM What about The Bill Engvall Show? What will happen to one of the best new sitcoms of 2007?
Pavan 07-31-2007, 05:18 PM Bill Engvall Show's season finale is in early September. September 4 I believe.
JulieSomoski 07-31-2007, 05:35 PM That's definitely a lot of Home Improvement in September. First, we get 4 of it on TBS in daytime, and then more of it on Nick at Nite. I'm hoping the October schedule is different, because this schedule does look really messy. And, I'm surprised Steve Harvey moved to such an early timeslot. For awhile it was airing 4 times in daytime, and now it's airing that early?
Scoobiedoo30 07-31-2007, 06:04 PM 2 Hour Block of Home Improvement
icecream 07-31-2007, 06:49 PM That's way too early for Sex & the City to be airing on Saturdays on a basic cable station.
Scoobiedoo30 07-31-2007, 06:51 PM what time is Sex in The City airing on Saturday's
what time is Sex in The City airing on Saturday's
According to pavanbadal's post in the beginning of the thread, Saturdays at 6:30PM and 7:00PM Eastern.
yankeesfan82 07-31-2007, 07:41 PM I don't see why eveyone is making of big deal about Home Improvement being on for 2 hours. Earlier this year it was airing 12PM-1PM and 3PM-4PM.

Yeah, but now it's also going to be airing on NAN in September, so that's even more of it a day.
USATVFAN 08-10-2007, 01:51 PM it no Secret That Everybody Loves Raymond And Home Improvement Are Tbs Highest Rated Shows
Scoobiedoo30 08-10-2007, 01:56 PM I wonder how good of Nunbers both Home Improvement and Everybody Loves raymond get's on TBS.
JulieSomoski 08-10-2007, 04:16 PM I wonder how good of Nunbers both Home Improvement and Everybody Loves raymond get's on TBS.
HI is probably the most popular show in daytime, but Raymond probably gets better numbers, since it's on primetime.
Scoobiedoo30 08-10-2007, 04:25 PM I wish that TBS would put Everybody Loves Raymond at 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm CT Time behine Home Improvement at 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm CT Time
JulieSomoski 08-10-2007, 04:28 PM I wish that TBS would put Everybody Loves Raymond at 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm CT Time behine Home Improvement at 2:00 pm and 2:30 pm CT Time
I doubt they'd ever do that. The only show I watch on TBS is Home Improvement. It's really the only good modern classic they have on their afternoon lineup. Most of their other shows are really not that good (no offense to anyone!)
Scoobiedoo30 08-10-2007, 04:53 PM if TBS would get Classic Show's what Classic Show's would you Want
JulieSomoski 08-10-2007, 05:06 PM if TBS would get Classic Show's what Classic Show's would you Want
I don't the blac and whites would be proper for TBS, but maybe stuff from the seventies and eighties. Maybe the Facts of Life, Growing Pains, and stuff like that.
MLBonTBS 08-19-2007, 10:29 PM I see TBS is taking a page out of Nick @ Nite's book with a Fresh Prince marathon Sunday, September 2nd from 8am-1pm.
DSfan 08-19-2007, 10:38 PM ya I just saw that on the schedule. They must have been banned from airing Father of the Bride again lol (it airs every weekend, no joke lol)
WTBS doesn't have FP, so it will be a SBTB marathon ending with the Hawaii Episodes. I wish it would be Diff'rent Strokes all day. That would make sense as DS plays at 2pm on the Atlanta local (same time as FP on the national channel).. ah well SBTB is one of my favs anyway!
like2throw 08-19-2007, 10:48 PM it no Secret That Everybody Loves Raymond And Home Improvement Are Tbs Highest Rated Shows
Uhh....i dont think so....are they really...especially home improvement?
mtlguy 08-20-2007, 11:15 AM Not sure is anyone can answer me on this, but we do get TBS here in Canada, but Just Shoot Me at 1pm and 1:30pm is not playing here as mentioned in the August thread, we are still being shown Steve Harvey.
I know on rare occasion, some shows are licensed to other broadcaters in Canada and when the US station is also shown here (i.e. TBS, Spike or A&E for example), the original US broadcast is replaced with something else because the Canadian broadcaster who has the rights to it requested it.
But since I don't see Just Shoot Me anywhere else, I don't think anyone else has the rights here. Can anyone tell me why it is not shwoing and if we will be seing it in September at all?
DSfan 08-20-2007, 11:18 AM we get wtbs atlanta local NOT Tbs national.
that's why we also dont have fp and home imp etc
mtlguy 08-20-2007, 11:35 AM OK that makes sense as I just looked up the schedule, but it doesn't make sense that we don't get the national feed when we are in Canada, why would WTBS broadcast on satellite...
Anyway, I want Just Shoot Me... :(
Thanks for the info!
TVFactFan 08-20-2007, 11:38 AM we get wtbs atlanta local NOT Tbs national.

Ok so that's downfall of having wtbs, you don't get tbs national. i was under the impression that people in atlanta had both wtbs and tbs

I am not sure what is going to happen to our feed of TBS in Canada when WTBS changes to Peachtree TV. No one has been able to provide an answer.
DSfan 08-20-2007, 12:20 PM i would think their too dumb to realize there has been a change. i guess its whatever peachtree decides, if they dont want to broadcast to canada, i guess canadian satelites would receive the "real" tbs lol
KrisMunroe 08-20-2007, 01:52 PM LOL! That`s what I am thinking too. I bet they didn`t even know there were two feeds of TBS out there.
It will be the old switch flipping thing if any...on TBS`s part
Peachtree sounds bad. TBS has been in Canada for decades!

I wish I could get Peachtree TV here in South Carolina. I'm sure they will be showing some classic TV shows and older movies from the Turner library, as well as many of the shows TBS currently airs, since they still have the rights to those shows.
Of course without TBS in Canada, you'll be missing the original series and the newer movies.
But, some are also saying Time Warner may just turn around and sell Peachtree TV eventually like they did with Turner South.
Scoobiedoo30 08-21-2007, 12:59 AM any news on WCPH 17 Fall Schedule.

Yeah, I have heard that they have The Jeffersons, Frasier, and Cheers coming to the channel. They will pick up most of the other shows currently showing on TBS except for Yes, Dear and Dawson`s Creek. Add that to Just Shoot Me, Home Improvement, and Fresh Prince and the channel is starting to be quite different.
MLBonTBS 08-21-2007, 11:08 AM According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, WPCH will also carry Tyler Perry's House of Payne (since it's set in Atlanta I guess) and Montel Williams.

KrisMunroe 08-21-2007, 11:40 AM It will be interesting on what they do for a schedule. They probably want to be quite different from the TBS schedule. I am sure we will see Saved by the Bell in the afternoons on Peachtree while it is on in the mornings. Friends will have the 7:00 and 7:30 pm slots I am sure.
Scoobiedoo30 08-21-2007, 12:21 PM I belive the new Schedule start's October 1
