sexual harassment or taking the woman to court so he could for a job as a grill cook at some greasy spoon the size of a matchbox?-lol
I think him fighting for the job was more weird because I'm sure there were many other eateries in Santa Monica he could have worked at for a little bit of money instead of going to court to fight for a job that was very easy to get somewhere else-lol

Sexual Harrassment, whether it is done by a man or a woman is against the law. Jack could have gotten her in trouble via the labor code and possibly criminal charges. He also could have sued her through the civil courts for monetary compensation...$$$$$$.
Suing to get a job at a stupid place like that was crazy. He had the talent to do better. What a waste of time.

I would have just been like-"She is just mad because I don't want her" and just got another job-lol Now if he was at a major restarunt making better money then I could understand him fighting for his job

Wasn't it weird how Jack was always getting "hit on" by women? Maybe weird is not the right word, but he seemed to be having women practically throw themselves at him. And he didn't want them.

Well, big or small, anyone could get into serious trouble if a skeleton like that came out of the closet!!!

Definitely Jack suing to get his job back. He was probably making minimum wage at that job so it was pointless to sue, he could have gotten another job easily.
