Happy Weekend Everybody! It's a scorcher here today at 90 degrees, so it's an AC/take-out kind of day. We're having friends over for a cook-out this weekend, but I'm trying to keep it simple which is difficult for me, lol.

So what's going on with your weekend?

Happy Weekend Janice :) It's a scorcher down here in Albany too. Hopefully, i'll be playing with my new laptop if it arrives today. I'll also be watching movies, doing grocery shopping. Swimming if the water clears up and it's not storming. That's about it, I'll probably do some walking either in the morning or later in the evening when it's cooler.

I can't believe it's friday already. Time passes by so quickly when it's summer. :(

...anyway, I'm gonna see if I can get some of my peeps together to see the simpsons movie.

This week went by soo fast. :( I'm having a great vacation though but Sunday is coming up so fast. Lots of pictures on Sunday!!

Not a whole lot. Due to some circumstances, I've been crashing at a friend's place for the past two days. It looks as though I'll be here another two, but we'll see.

Thank God its a weekend. This week has been so stressful with chemistry and all. Today was pretty cool though. I found out I got a C in chem (better than I expected), hung out with some friends after school, and bought 2 movies on dvd Ferris Bullers Day Off and Causualties of War. The rest of my weekend will be spent watching unwatched dvd's, reading my book the grapes of wrath, cleaning the house, studying for my chemistry test on monday and just RELAXING!

I don't know what I am doing, but maybe I'll watch King Of Queens on DVD...I am Carrie Crazed lately! :lol:

If all goes well, tomorrow me and my eldest daughter and son will go to the beach with my best friend and her son. I think laying out getting a tan will be a nice relaxing way to spend Saturday. As long as it is as beautiful as it was today, it should be good.

No plans for Sunday...yet.

My weekend is gonna suck because a good friend of mine is going away to Florida for like, a week tomorrow. :(

Saturday morning I'm going grocery shopping, and then tomorrow evening I'm going to my annual Sorority Fashion show. This year I'll be participating in it and my 3 yr old will be in it as well.

Sunday my Church is having a Ice Cream Social after services, so I'll be spending my Sunday afternoon scooping ice cream, slicing cake and pouring punch.

It was a pretty hot day here in Oregon as well. Got up to about 87 degrees, and I made the stupid mistake of pulling weeds for over an hour in that weather. By the time I finished, I was literally dripping sweat from head to toe. It was worth it though, because it looks great now!! :D Tomorrow I'm probably just going to do more yard and housework, and then most likely relax for the rest of the day. On Sunday I'm going rafting with a friend. I haven't rafted since I was a kid, so that should be fun. Those are pretty much my only weekend plans for now.

Woot, my friend Kristen and I are going in to the city (NYC) tomorrow morning and spending the day there. Hopefully we'll be meeting Jenna (evilnpunk) as well. It's gonna be so much fun! :woohoo:

I had lunch with a friend at this Italian eatery together with her mom and her four biological children. It is her mom's birthday, so I signed her mom a happy birthday in ASL. She is hearing impaired, and she understood me!! She thanked me. :D

A co-worker and I attended this "game night" that a local Barnes & Noble hosts every last Friday of the month. Then, I planned on having a "game night" this evening at my place, but no one who I invited came. :( I plan on organizing a better one complete with asking for RSVPs for next Friday. Hopefully, that will be a success.

I walked a little over a mile tonight, and I got some house cleaning done. I am going to do several loads of laundry at my mom's place tomorrow. She and my sister are out of town, so I get to have the washing machine all to myself! Tomorrow's gonna be busy as well.

WTF? Not The Simspons Movie? WTF?!?!?!?!!?!?

I haven't seen the movie yet. We will either see the movie today (Saturday), or tomorrow.

I got soooo much done during the last two hours this morning! It's only 8:28 a.m., and I have been up since 6:30 a.m. I loaded in one load of laundry at my mom's place, loaded some bags of things to donate from my mom's place (per her request), threw away some trashy things from my storage shed, and ate breakfast. Phew! I enter work at 12:30 p.m., so I have exactly four more hours left to go over to the thrift store to donate, look around for things I might want to purchase and shop for a bathing suit. So much to do!

After work, I am going to cook a meatloaf to take over to my aunt's memorium she's holding for my cousin. R.I.P., older cousin. :rip:

Thanks aboutt he memorial. It went better than I expected. I only attended the potluck, and it wasn't all tears and emotions, so I felt more comfortable. I got to see my little second cousins whom I haven't seen since the day of the funeral last year. They're so sweet!

I think you will like the movie Mona. :) The only downside was that there was a lady and her two small children (approx. 2 and 4) in the row in front of us. The lady carried on a conversation on her cellphone. :mad: Her two kids were very bored so they kept talking throughout the movie and stomping their feet. The lady didn't do anything about it.
OMG! That is totally rude of that lady!! :mad: I would've kept saying, "Shhhh!" so that she got the hint. That sucks. Sorry about that. She totally has NO manners to be gabbing away on the phone during the movie! Geez, lady...take it outside!

Thanks. Yeah, I only regret that I didn't take my digital camera to take pictures of them. :( I'll have to visit them when my cousin goes and visits them so I can spend time with them and take pictures of them.

I just woke up at 6:30 a.m. on this Sunday morning! I plan on getting one or two more loads of laundry done, and then do some more apartment cleaning.

I got invited to a BBQ/pool party that one of my Step Aerobics classmates is having today! I will be making a tuna pasta salad, so I gotta prepare that.

I kinda wanna get into their pool, but I can't find my bathing suit! I don't know if I lost it, or I just put it away really well! I'll try looking for it again. If I can't find it, then I plan on searching at a couple of department stores. They're on sale now that schools are opening in about three weeks or so. Even if I don't use it, I would get a better deal now for next year or something.

I am a little sunburned from the beach yesterday. But what is worst, I think I slept wrong, my neck hurts to turn it to the right. I feel pain going down all the way to my right arm.

This weekend was a waste.

Another weekend gone. Can't wait until the summer's over. Too hot.
