Nope, in the last season it was ranked #27 TVFactFan 07-24-2007, 05:47 PM Didn't Sanford And Son Drop Out Of The Top 20s After It Fifth Season? My fault it did, but I guess I included it because the show was still in the top 30 comedyfreak 07-25-2007, 05:21 AM Married With Children? The Andy Griffith Show Petticoat Junction? Br26 07-25-2007, 06:47 AM i'm pretty sure i love lucy was popular throughout. beverly hillbillies, full house, cheers, the cosby show, and friends were all still popular when cancelled. Mr. Television 07-25-2007, 08:29 AM I love Lucy, Andy Griffith Show and Seinfeld....the only shows to end their runs ranked # 1. TVFactFan 07-25-2007, 08:26 PM Married With Children? The Andy Griffith Show Petticoat Junction? MWC was never a highly ranked show. Maybe a Highly rated Fox show but not high enough to be in the Neilsens top 20 JulieSomoski 07-26-2007, 11:29 AM I wouldn't say Full House, because it's first season ranked #78 of all shows, which is nowhere close to being good, even thought it was in the top 20 for seasons 3-8. And, some could say Three's Company, even though it wass #31 for its final season. Another good one is Home Improvement. It never left the top 10 for its 8 seasons. Classicshowsgurl15 07-26-2007, 04:16 PM Who's the Boss? JulieSomoski 07-26-2007, 05:38 PM Who's the Boss? Who's the Boss? was like #60-something in it's last season, but that wasn't the shows fault. It was ABC's fault for moving the show to Saturday nights. James 08-02-2007, 03:25 AM Two that come to mind are The Andy Griffith Show and Home Improvement. Zoneboy 08-02-2007, 04:02 AM I love Lucy, Andy Griffith Show and Seinfeld....the only shows to end their runs ranked # 1. True & it's a shame to think that T.A.G.S. achieved it's only #1 ranking during the 8th and final season. During it's 8 year run, It never dropped below #7 which is still very respectable but never being ranked #1 during it's black & white years is kinda hard to believe. |
