I'm trying to write scripts from all different genres. Anyways, I've decided to write the pilot for a Western. However, I'd like some info on the old west. Anything that you've got would be appreciated.

For example, I know they didn't have cell phones back then, lol (I figure on making the show set in the 1880s). What did they use?

How'd they live and stuff like that.
