Getting to see the Surprise Party ep Uncut?

Seeing the Ropers episode with larry as a Guest

You never seen the show and would like to see if it was any good?

My main reason would be to see the UNCUT version of when the Trio visted the Ropers at their new home. I'm sure that it's a scene in that ep that is very classic and we have yet to see it

I was waiting to see his guest appearance for the longest because i just didn't see how he was able to fit on the Ropers. He barely talked to them on Three's company so i was really looking forward to seeing why he was a guest

It doesn't really make sense. I could understand Jack, Janet or Chrissy in guest appearances because they interacted with the Ropers pretty much on a daily basis.

If it came as a free bonus with some other DVD series

I have never seen the series but I want to. So just to say I want to see what it's like, that is my answer.

I want the show just to make my TC DVDS more complete.

I saw the episodes that TV Land ran; I might take a look into this just to see the rest of the series.

Because I liked the show.

The neighbor (Jeffrey) cracked me up...
(about Stanley): "The man's a pervert."
(about Helen): "She's apparently had children by every man she's ever met."

My main reason would be to see the Surprise Party episode uncut and also to see the rest of the episodes that I haven't seen in years, besides the ones that aired during the TC marathon last year.

I have never seen the show.... I LOVED the Ropers on 3's Company and was sad to see them leave. I really would like to see The Ropers, just for the sake of seeing it.

I think you saw one episode of the Ropers, it's the ep when Stanley and Helen move into their new home and meet their new neighbors. The was the first episode of the Ropers without the Ropers Opening credits which is now apart of the Three's Company syndication package

Do you think they would really have the DVD UNCUT? With all the talk abt how DVD's are cut, edited and not whole, why do you think the Ropers would be UNCUT?

That would be a huge slap in the face to three's company fans

I have the Ropers on DVD, for those who haven't seen it yet, it was a good show. Doesn't compare to Three's Company of course. Contact me if interested in a trade.

Make sure you check the quality of every ep so no one won't feel upset when they try to watch it and find out there are a lot of glitches

No one knows unless they saw surprise party on ABC in 1979. So until the DVD comes out, we will never know what's missing

One DVD of the ropers is ok quality and the second copy is better. I would always provide screenshots for quality issues. They were originall transferred from VHS. If I can find out when they will reair on TVland then I can record directly to DVD in high quality.

 I never really liked the Ropers. Helen's comments about lack of sex got old really fast. I loved Mr. Furley.
