Here's Some of the Usual Soap Opera Wedding Disasters. (I watch a few!)

1. A Shocking Revelation that stops the wedding mid-ceremony (not sure you would want to use this unless you don't want Blair to get married or could resolve it and the wedding goes on)

2. Dress destroyed.

3. Double-booked church, reception hall.

4. Someone else tries to stop the wedding.

Those are the ones that I can think of right now. Hope that helps!!

k, here's a little bit just to start it off.

(at rachel,blair, and chris's new house. Everybody is still unpacking-it's a month later by the way. (they're getting married shortly after they got engaged.)

B- (struggling to lift something)

C- Let me get that for ya. (takes it out of Blair's hands)

B- thank you, Chris! (smiles at him) i love you.

C- nooo,,,i love you!

B- i love you more!

C- i love the you the most!

R- ugh, i know that this sounds totally alexz but, i think i'm gonna be sick.

B- (giggles) oh, sorry honey. This is just how enagaged couples act. (smiles at Chris)

R- when you and x-dad were engaged i bet you weren't like this.

B- no, we weren't but, let's not talk about x-dad now, lets talk about Chris.

R- alright, Chris to start is "hotter" than dad. even though i of-course don't think about these things. he seems nice, and i know that this also seems like an alexz thing to do but, (holds up fist) he better be nice.

B- rachel...

C- awww don't worry about it. don't worry rachel, when i asked your mom to marry me, i promised her that i would treat her right, and i'm not planning on breaking that promise. (smiles at Blair)

R- well that's cool. anyway, i really better try on my dress and make sure it ya know fits right! the wedding is in 2 days!

B- rachel, you've tried it on 12 times already!

R- oh, i know i just love to see how gorgeous i look in it! (giggles to herself as she walks upstairs)

C-i know, i've told you this before but she's a great girl!

B-(just smiles back)

(that same day)

(monica arrives at their new house)

M- Blair!!!!

B- Mom! (runs to her and they both hug)

M- and where's my favorite granddaughter?

R- (says with false enthusiasm) oh hi grandma!(gives small hug)

M- now, Blair...where's this Chris? i must, meet him!

C- (walks in) that would be me! it's a pleasure to meet you. (shakes hands with her, and then walks back in to the kitchen)

M- Blair, he's wonderful! (nudges her) good job...this time.

M- hello. (nudges Blair) you didn't tell me HE was going to be here.

D- (nudges Blair) you know better than to out your mother and i in the same house.

B- i thought you guys could handle being together for a couple of days. special days.

D- well of-course we can! (says kind of unsurely) anyway, where's this uhhh....

B- Chris. i'll go get him. he's upstairs with Rachel, be right back.

(goes upstairs)

D- so, Monica, what have you been up to lately.

M- oh, nothing much, what about you?

D- not much, just making money. (laughs to himself)

M- well, i'm making money also. i'm living my life pretty well!

D- oh, don't get me wrong. Im sure you are, but well you can't compare to me.

M- well excuse me!

(both start arguing and yelling)

B- mom, dad! here's....(sees them arguing) Chris.

C- uhh...hello. i'm...(can't get his voice over their yelling) Chris!

B- (starts to yell) mom! daddy!!!! (yells as loud as she can) MOM! (still don't respond)

B- oh, forget it. (runs upstairs)

C- honey, what's wrong!

B- didn't you see? they were fighting and yelling..and

C- Calm down Blair!

B- they're going to ruin everything! the whole wedding will be a total disaster just because of them. (gets teary-eyed)

C- listen to me, the wedding is not going to be a disaster even if they do start something. The important thing is that we both love eachother and nothing can change that. (puts hand on her shoulder)

B- (wipes eyes) yeah, i guess you're right, sorry if i seemed like i was over-reacting it just gets me upset. I can't help it.

C- i understand what you mean. It must be difficult to see them fight all the time.

D- now you listen to me, you had better treat my little girl right or else you are going to be sewed for all you've got. understand?

C- yes sir, i understand. Don't worry we will be fine.(walks away)

D- (stays there) Blair, I'd like to speak with you. now.

B- (walks over) yes daddy?

D- i don't know about this Chris guy.

B- Oh daddy don't worry. he's a very nice man. (smiles at her dad)

D- Blair, i don't want you marrying that man.

B- what?!??! but, i love him!

D- Blair you don't know what love is! you should have learned your lesson last marriage.

B- but daddy! Chris is differant~

D- how so?

B- well, he just is trust me!

D- Blair, you're not marrying that man.

B- oh yeah? well what are you going to do to stop me huh? i love him. whether you think i do or not!

D- Blair...

B- you know what? if you hate Chris so much...why don't you just...(says softly) not come to the wedding.(looks at ground)

D- exucse me?

B- you heard me. (looks at him and walks away.)

(leaves her room and walks over to her and Chris's future room)

B- my daddy was pretty hard on you huh?

C- oh, nothing serious.

B- well i'm sorry if he upset you in anyway.

B- good because i don't want anything to come in between this wedding. (face starts to look upset)not even my own father.

C- what do you mean by that?

B- for some reason, my daddy told me that he didn't want me to marry you.

C- what?!?!??

B- (interupts him) but don't worry because i told him that i loved you and i would no matter what he thought. and then again he told me not to marry you, and i just told him if he didn't like the fact we were getting married, that he should...just not come to the wedding.

C- you did that? but why?

B- because i love you and he's not going to try to change that. (looks at Chris)

C- (looks at her)

B+C- (Kiss)

R- i hope i'm not interupting anything but..

B+C- (quickly seperate)

B- Rachel? what are you doing here?

M- Blair, Blair, Blair, Blair. I don't know why you would even think to tell your own father not to attend your own wedding. But since you did, you must have meant it. We Warner women don't say things we don't mean.

B- I'm going upstairs. I need to talk to Chris. (runs upstairs)

M- well, i'm glad i could help! (says unsurely because she knows she probebly only made matters worse.)

(upstairs)

B- i can't believe this.

C- what happened?

B- my daddy isn't coming to our wedding. (starts to cry on his shoulder)

C- (kisses her head...but is speechless)

(meanwhile at Mrs. G's place)

N- (lugging her luggage)ya know, it's great Blair's getting remarried.

T- yeah, i'm sure it will make her feel much better.

J- i'm glad Blair's getting remarried and everything, but i honestly don't know if i can handle another "Warner Wedding".

A- why?

J- oh, you'll see.

J- think of it this way, there will be about 500 Blairs walking around and 100 Rachels.

A- (gasps)it can't be!

N- oh yes it can!

A- (puts her hand on her head) oh, great.

M- Hello? Yes? Oh hi Edna! I'm fine how are you? That's great. Oh, now? sure. I'll go get them. See you soon. Bye. (hangs up phone)

M- (Shouts) Blair, Chris! That was Edna, or excuse me I meant to say Mrs. Garett. You two are supposed to go over there to see everyone now. So you had better get a move on!

(Blair and Chris come from downstairs)

(open the door to leave)

M- oh Chris? by the way.

C- (turns around) yes?

M- when am i going to get to meet your parents?

C- Well, they unfortunatley won't be able to come to the wedding because they live all the way in california and since it was on such short notice, they weren't able to get plane tickets.

M- oh, i'm sorry Chris.

C- oh, that's fine.

B- We better get going Chris. Come on. Mom, will you watch Rachel?

M- of-course dear! ta ta!

(at Mrs.G's house)

MG-(hears knock at the door)Blair, Chris!

B- hi Mrs. Garett! (gives her a hug)

C- Hello. (shakes hands with Mrs.Garett)

(all give their greetings and sit down to talk for a while)

Je- So, Chris what do you do?

C- i'm an accountant and on the side I am a host at the resturant near by.

MG- how lovely!So, where are you two newlyweds planning on going for your Honeymoon?

B- oh, well we won't be going on a Honeymoon because things right now are just to hectic with our new house and Rachel. So we'll just take a nice family vacation later in the year.

N- well that still sounds great to me!

(all talk for a while-but then Blair and Chris go back home)

(now it's the day of the wedding)

(oh and by the way, Rachel is the flower girl, Nat and Tootie are Blair's Bridesmaids and Jo is the maid of honor.)

B- (getting her hair and makeup done.)could you please hurry! i'm sort of in a rush.

Hair person- don't worry sweetie you will be done in a few short minutes...

Hair person- well, your hair and makeup are all done. now you are to put this over your hair and face when you are putting on your dress so it won't get ruined. alright?

B- alright thankyou.(puts on dress.)

(All the people who help fit the dress are around her helping her make it just right.)

(Jo, Nat, and Tootie walk in wearing teal dresses)

N- Blair you look stunning!

T- you really do!

J- i can't believe i'm saying this but you really do look great Blair.

B- really? are you sure? is my makeup good? what about my hair? did i smudge my makeup? oh no i think i must have...

J- (interupts her) Blair! Caaaaaaalm down. Everything is going to be fine. you look fine.

T- what she said.

N- yeah what they said.

B- thanks you guys. I'm so nervous! does everything look okay? is everyone here?

J- everything looks beautiful and the place really is starting to fill up!

B- did any of you happen to umm...see my daddy by any chance?

N- i havn't no.

T- yeah, me either.

B- (looks sort of upset) oh, alright.

J- hey don't worry he'll be here!

B- oh, i don't think so?

T- Blair, he's your father why wouldn't he come to his daughter's wedding?

B- because he said he wasn't going to. We got in a little bit of an argument you see.

N- (tries to cheer up Blair) don't worry Blair! it will still be a beautiful wedding with or without him! (sounds very unsure.)

B- i guess you're right. (sighs)

I really liked it finally a fanfic were Blair is not in the hospital or getting abused. That doesn't mean I don't like those kinds of fanfic but there are so many of them, it's nice to see a happy fanfic.

How sweet! I was gone all weekend, and I was suprised to come back and see all this finished!
