OMG! I could not stand this woman! She was so awesomely hypocritical, judgmental, and sanctimonious!

I loved the episodes with her and wished they would have explored the mother/daughter relationship between her and Donna even more than they did. I remember one episode where it was subtly hinted at that Donna was really close to her maid because that woman was able to express love/caring in a more demonstrable manner than her mom, and I wish they would've fleshed that out as a storyline. I think it would've been interesting. I know Felice was in several episodes, but I just liked the dynamic with Tori so much I'd love to have seen more.
