Tell me about it! I am constantly kicking my husband.

One time he told me that I kicked him, called him a very nasty name and rolled over and pulled the covers off of him! LOL!!

If people are going to jail for this, no one who shares a bed is safe. ;)

That's a line from "Dirty Laundry" by Don Henley(from late 1982), but nonetheless, if this assault was deliberate and/or intentional, I don't care what gender the culprit is, that person needs to be locked up.

It would be nice to know all the facts, if he was sleeping and she just came up and kicked him several times, then it is assult. IF she was asleep and kicked him in her sleep then this is a major over reaction. In that case, many men could file for cruelty when their signifiacnt other steals alkl the blankets at night.

That was all the newspaper reported so I don't know any other details. If they report more on it, I'll post it. I'm curious about it too. But it seems we really have some strange things happening in our city.

Several years ago my ex was trying to be considerate and not wake me up, so she was sitting in bed reading. Meanwhile Lex is dreaming away about a vending machine that ripped him off (wish I could say it was a more sinister dream like plotting the demise of Superman but I digress). As I was teaching that vending machine a lesson, I sat up and 2 handed shoved my girlfriend off the bed and halfway across the room. It gets better.... I shouted aloud "BOOM" when I pushed her.

It was an incredibly shocking way to wake up and trying to explain the above story when I was half asleep and the GF was looking to bobitize me. The GF was not amused at the time but it was certainly a story that she would tell many times, especially that I had added sound effects (at least it wasn't "Blam' or "Whamo"). We are still friends today and she loves to give me a hard time about it and swears she will use the story when I get married.

So yes you are correct I speak from experience, sleep assult is not a crime but I am sure at least once she thought about kicking me while I slept to get even.
