Jman4200 07-18-2007, 05:12 PM Just read news of this release, its great news but im a little miffed that people who buy the season religiously get punished when they put out special packiging like for the whole complete series. anyways im just happy I'll have the complete series.

Movie12 07-18-2007, 10:20 PM Actually the correct release date for Full House - The Complete Eighth Season and Complete Series will be released on Tuesday, November 6, 2007.
Buffyboy323 07-19-2007, 02:38 AM I like the Complete Series packaging. I'm glad there's going to be one big box set, with all 192 episodes. I'm getting the set the day it comes out. I can't wait!.....I agree that it does suck for whomever`s been keeping up with the releases though. I guess if you really want them all in a small set, it`s worth it. You can always get rid of your old sets, and use the money for the new one.
I only bought the 1st and 2nd seasons, but now I'm getting rid of them. I've been so Full Housed~out, that I never bothered watching them. I will definitely watch all of the new box set though.

November 6th is what's written in the first post....What do you mean the correct date for the release?

Originally I had said it was out November 8th, I edited my post thats why.
blackbeard 07-19-2007, 10:10 AM Once again those that buy the seasons as they are released (which leads to more seasons getting released) get screwed in the end when the complete series is released. Not only don't we get the special packaging but we also pay more by buying the seasons as they are released.

Oh okay....And I apologive Movie 12.
Jman4200 07-19-2007, 06:20 PM I Think they should include something in the last season set that allows people to buy that box, and just pay shipping to get it. I mean they released all the brady bunch seasons and then released the whole set with the Brady christmas movie and other extras, it Just makes me mad the way they punish us loyal buyers who go out the first day of every release and buy FH. oh well i know i already went on a rant sorry for this one too.
DVDFreaker 07-19-2007, 06:53 PM The Full House packaging is sweet but I already have the season sets...I doubt I will sell the season sets just to get the house unless it is bonus extras that is not on the season sets

I got rid of all the "Full House" series last year, but I can't stand the Olsens anymore. I like one episode about Disney World. I also got rid of all of the DVD's that I usually taped off of Nick at Nite, ABC Family and WPIX-TV here in my area since they lost the rights a few years ago where they showed the WB-11 (now CW-11) logo watermark on the bottom right of the screen.

No the house contains the whole series. so unless you buy the complete series you won't get that house packiging.
Scoobiedoo30 07-31-2007, 01:02 PM thanks for the info My friend
fullhousefan91619 07-31-2007, 11:11 PM Why is Steve on the cover? He's only in one episode!
basement_artie 08-06-2007, 12:44 AM I am positive he is on a lot more than one episode.
As for the complete series I don't think they are just throwing the individual boxes into that house set. My guess is they will have a folder like dvd storage kind of like friends has.

Not in the eighth season, and I would know since I've seen every episode 5,000 times (I'm not exadurating)
fullhousefan9107 08-15-2007, 11:55 PM I have seasons 1-7. I decided I want the house. You can sell seasons 1-7 to wherehouse.com for $50. I know its probably not worth it, but the complete series in a boxset is kind of worth it for me.
ILuvZackMorris 09-11-2007, 10:57 PM The final season is coming out and once again, I bet there will be NO special features, plus the lack of closed captioning in English. I haven't bought a season since the 4th season. I might buy the 5th season, but I didn't care for the 6th and 7th. I bet they'll split the series finale in two parts like they do for syndication. And of course, they won't include the "final bow" that they aired on ABC after the series finale 1 hour episode.
fullhousefan91619 09-12-2007, 07:55 PM If you bought season 7, then you'd see the english captionings are back.
fullhousefan9107 11-14-2007, 11:31 PM The house boxset is very nice & well worth it! I just got it in the mail. So much nicer instead of dealing with those clunky individual boxsets. Plus so much easier to pick which ones to watch. :D
fullhousefan91619 11-15-2007, 04:42 PM Does the 1st and 2nd seasons have their own cases like seasons 3+ did? And what else can you say about the set?!
Heidi Dawn 03-22-2008, 04:26 PM Sorry to bump up this thread, but I got the complete series box set just the other day. I didn't have any of the individual season sets, so I'm glad I waited for this set. To answer the previous poster, yes, seasons 1 & 2 have their own slimcases just like seasons 3 onward.
