LOS ANGELES - Dick Wolf, executive producer of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," said yesterday he has no idea if one of his show's stars, Chris Noth, will appear in the new "Sex and the City" movie.

There's been speculation that Noth, who played Mr. Big on HBO's "Sex," will be in the film version of the show.

Yesterday, Wolf said that if he did, it would have no impact on the "CI's" production.
