I know that some station's air the Young and The Restless at 11:00 am and other's station's air the young and the restless at 11:30 am so here is the Question what time does The Young and The Restless really come on.

It depends on where you live, Y&R airs here in the Greensboro, NC area at 12:30 PM just after the local news. The episodes are uplinked by satellite to the CBS affiliates at 4:00 A.M. Monday - Friday a day in advance meaning that I'm able to watch them a day ahead of those that watch them on their local channel except for Monday's episodes which I get 3 days in advance.

I'm in Central Wisconsin and it's on here at 11 a.m.

The official timeslot that CBS intends for it to air is at 12:30pm ET, which is 11:30am CT. Many stations in the central time zone air the show a half-hour earlier, though, in order to put a newscast at noon (before "The Bold and the Beautiful").

Others air it at 4pm CT, as a lead-in to early evening local newscasts.
