is there any news of a season 3 of Night Court coming anytime soon and where can I get season 1 and 2 of Night Court.

You can obtain Season One and a "favorites" compilation on Amazon.com as well as a host of other internet sites. However, things don't look good for any subsequent seasons to be released. People were trying hard to get Season Two released, but it doesn't look promising.
