I guess I never had any interest in a cordless phone because I like to sit in one place when I'm on the phone not really move around. So I have no use for a cordless phone and quite happy with my corded office phone with a speaker-lol Who else is in the

"NO CORDLESS PHONE" Club??

I thought you let your answering machine pick up your calls, when do you talk on the phone?

When I'm on the web I have a feature that when someone calls, the number flashes on my screen asking do I want to take it or ignore it? So It depends on who is calling

That wouldn't happen again if there was another Jeffersons Marathon-lol That Labor Marathon of 2006 was the first ever 3 day marathon of the Jeffersons I ever saw and there was so many eps of the 80's I was looking forward to watching again and I was not answering the phone that weekend.

I have two cordless phones -- bought them as a set. They don't hold a charge at all, so I rotate between the two phones; most of the time both of them are dead. Can't live with a corded phone -- I like pacing around.

Nickel cadium batteries suck.

see the thing with me is I don't want the person to pace around when they are talking to me, well i guess if it's a relative or someone I already know, but if it's a new female I met then I want her to be in one spot-lol

I hate corded phones, the cords gets all tangled up, and then you face the dreaded short in the cord. So that when you move a certain way the phone hangs up. I like my cordless phones, if I need to get up to get a drink of water I can, If I need to go check on some food that's cooking on the stove I can. If I want to sit out on the deck, or just walk to the curb to get the mail, I can and I do not have to keep putting people on hold.

I have my Smart Phone, and 2 corded land-lines in my home. Smart Phone is good for short conversations, but I like the land-line for longer ones

I do like the corded type although when I say corded it is plugged into the wall with power from the outside wire. I do have a speaker phone so is easier to speak and listen. One thing I wish I could find is a phone that could show the phone # on the ceiling. I get so many spam calls and it would be easier to shut off the sound and just have the number shown on the ceiling. Any one heard of gadget that could do that.??Also with a corded line, No constant charging the phone day after day.
