Actor Charlie Sheen has asked his girlfriend of 15 months to marry him--just eight months after ending his marriage to Denise Richards.

The Platoon star proposed to real estate investor Brooke Mueller with a $500,000 ring on a Costa Rican beach.

Sheen's ex-wife, who is the mother of the actor's two young daughters, reportedly approves of the new match--she was spotted shopping with the future Mrs. Sheen last week.

Here we go again...sorry, but I don't think the third one will be the charm.
