Because of the death of Charles Lane yesterday, I will be having in his honor a mini-marathon of his television works tomorrow.

Here's the tentative schedule in order of how I intend to watch the episodes.

THE LUCY-DESI COMEDY HOUR- "Lucy Hunts Uranium." as well as "Lucy Goes to Mexico."

I LOVE LUCY- "Lucy Goes to the Hospital."

PETTICOAT JUNCTION- "Spur Line to the Shady Rest."

I only wish I had the episodes that he was in of LOVE THAT BOB, MAUDE, a later episode of GOMER PYLE, and his other numerous works. Rest in peace, Mr. Lane.

He was also a guest on two Bewitched episodes: "Speak the Truth" from Season 2, and "Humbug Not to Be Spoken Here" from Season 4. Both are a lot of fun. Mr. Lane was also a guest star on the first season of Family, and the episode is entitled, "Thursday's Child Has Far To Go". All of these are on DVD, and highly recommended.

He also managed to add one Twilight Zone episode to his credits which was "Mr. Bevis" from the first season.
