Be careful what you wish for - part 2
season # 5
(tootie walks upstairs and just as she opens her bedroom door. She's transformed into a tv show. She looks around and sees that her bedroom doesn't have a ceiling there camera crews everywhere, and people she never saw before)
Director: (walking up towards the set) Ok that's a wrap people well meet back here in 2 hours have a good lunch
Lisa/Blair: (putting down her scribt she walks up to tootie) Oh hi kim were all going out for pizza wanna come
Tootie: (looking around and very confused) what's going on here
Lisa/Blair: (puts a hand on her shoulder for support) Kim are you alright
Tootie: (quickly pushes her hand off and backs up) I'm fine why do you keep calling me Kim (raises her voice)
Lisa/Blair: that's what I've been calling you since 1979 when the show first started
Tootie: What show (sounding even more confused then ever) Blair what are you talking about
(Natalie and Jo approach them )
Mindy/Natalie: Are you guys ready I'm starving
Nancy/Jo: (Mrs. garrett stars walking up to them) Charlotte were all going out for pizza wanna come
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: Oh no thanks girls my son's taking me out for lunch today
Lisa/Blair: Have a good time (she smiles as mrs. garrett graps her purse and takes off)
Nancy/Jo: Well come on we'd better get going (everyone starts walking to car and Tootie is still mixed up)
Lisa/Blair: Nancy what'd you get Philip for his birthday
Nancy/Blair: I got him an autograph picture of the new york jets
Tootie: (sounding excited for her) Jo who's philip a new boyfriend
Nancy/Jo: (her face is less then excited) No he's my brother
Tootie: Your brother (starts to laugh a little) Jo you're an only child you don't have any brothers
Lisa/Blair: Honestly Kim I don't know what's wrong with you
Mindy/Natalie: yeah it's almost like you can't tell fiction from fact
Nancy/jo: come on maybe some food will help her snap back to reality
(they all head on to lunch 2 hours later they come back to the studio)
(The girls walk up to the director to see where there needed to be)
Director: oh good Lisa and Nancy I need you on set (points to the store on the set Blair and Jo walk over to the set) in the store Kim and Mindy your need in makeup (natalie starts heading walking towards makeup tootie follows her looking around like this whole thing has to be a dream)
Mindy/Natalie: sure thing Steve come on Kim I hope they use a light blue eye shawdo today don't you think it will really bring out my eyes (flutters her eyes at Tootie)
Tootie: yeah I guess (says it rather slowly just as Natalie starts walking towards the left tootie keeps on going straight)
Mindy/Natalie: (goes over to where tootie is and guides her the correct way) Um Kim make ups this way
Tootie: What oh ah right
(The arrive in makeup area)
Cynthia: Hi girls Oh mindy I got some great eye shadow that will really bring out your eyes why don't you have a seat over here (natalie takes the first seat next to the door Cynthia turns to Tootie who's looking around with a puzzled look on her face) and Kim……Kim…..Kim
Mindy/Natalie: Kim (jumps out of her seat and goes over to Tootie) you've gotta stop this now go over there (points to the chair next to the one she's sitting in) and take a seat (tootie walks over to the chair and takes a seat, and Cynthia goes up to Natalie and whispers)
Cynthia: is Kim alright
Mindy/Natalie: (she whispers back) Beats me she's been acting strange ever we broke for lunch
(back on the set the director is having the girls reherse a sceen Jo is wiping down the counters and Blair is standing over her)
Director: Ok ladies let's do this like it was the real thing and action
Lisa/Blair: Jo I need somebody to talk to I'm having crisis
Jo/Nancy: Sure what do you need (she puts down the rag and looks up at Blair)
Lisa/Blair: (starts to laugh a little bit) Oh I meant somebody kind and understand where's Mrs. Garrett (looks around trying to find her)
Jo/Nancy: She's in the kitchen working on an order
Lisa/Blair: Oh good (starts to head towards the kitchen)
Jo/Nancy: (Jo turns to her) Blair what's the matter
Lisa/Blair: (Blair turns to back to her) Well I just don't know what to do
Jo/Nancy: About what (getting annoyed) will you get on with it already
Lisa/Blair: I promised Mrs. Steward (the director gives Mrs. Garrett her que to enter the room, and she enters )that I would babysit her son on Friday night
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: Good for you Blair you and little Michael should have a great time
Jo/Nancy: Blair I still don't' see what the problem (walks over to the counter graps the rag, and counties to wipe) is you love baby sitting Michael
Lisa/Blair: that's true, (has a huge smile on her face) but I love dating even more
Jo/Nancy: (does kind of a fake smile) let me guess you got a date for Saturday nigh (suddently stops when the realizes the did the line wrong, turns to the director) Oh shoot I'm sorry Steve (says it with a smile)
Director: (walking up to the girls) That's ok will take it from your line (takes a quick glance at his watch) just as soon as Kim gets back from makeup
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: (Mrs. Garrett walks over to the girls with a concerned look on her face) Um girls have you noticed that Kim's being acting a little off today
Nancy/Jo: We've all noticed it
Lisa/Blair: I just wish I knew what to do for her
(The director looks at his watch once more and just as his head comes up he spots Tootie and Natalie coming)
Director: Kim Mindy I need you girls off stage (points off stage to the left where the girls need to be Natalie has to push tootie to go forward) waiting for you ques props get ready with the snow (The director flips back a page in the scribt and then looks over at Jo) Nancy let's take it from your last line and action
Jo/nancy: let me guess you got a date for Friday night
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: Well Blair I guess you'll have to cancel
Blair/Lisa: Your right that's the only decent thing to do I just hope Mrs. Steward can find a replacement for me
Nancy/Jo: (Jo finishes with the counter then is directed to go over to the shelfs and start taking things down to be dusted) Blair you can't cancell on Mrs. Steward you agreed to baby sit before you had your date
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: Jo's right Blair you did agree to babysitting job first
Nancy/Jo: look Blair since your in a jum
(Everyone starts laughing, but Jo has no idea what there laughing about
Lisa/Blair: Nancy you said jum (she managed to get out and finally stop laughing)
Nancy/Jo: (she starts to laugh to and slaps herself on the face) oh gosh I just don't know what's wrong with me today (she looks up at the director who is getting a little impatient) Steve can we take it again from that last night
Director: (he gives jo a little smile to show her that it's ok and then looks off stage to where Natalie and Tootie are) Alright Kim Mindy get ready (he turns back to the store set) and action
Nancy/Jo: look Blair since your in a jam why don't I help you out
Lisa/Blair: (perking up)Oh would you Jo
Nancy/Jo: Sure no problem so (pats Blair on the back) (pauses for a moment) so who's taking (Blair takes a sip of soda) me out Friday night
Lisa/Blair: (just as Jo finishes her line Blair spits out her soda in Jo's face and starts to chock Jo who has no expression on her face graps a napkin from the counter and starts to wipe her face))
Jo: (jo tosses out the napkin and looks up at Blair licks her lips to get the after taste of the soda) not bad, but just remember I like root beer
Blair: (puts her arm around blair in a snotty way) Jo look it's sweet of you to offer, but lets face it no man would ever give up a date with Blair Warner for (pauses for a moment looks jo up and down and then goes back and looks in her eyes) you
Director: (just as Jo's about to do her line the director calls another shot) Lisa can we do that line again only this time try putting your hand on your right hip) (The director moves his body the way Lisa should be moving hers)
Nancy/Jo; (pointing to Blair) Does she have to spit the soda again
Director: (Smiling) No will save that one ok Mindy get ready for your Que and Kim I need you by the front door waiting for you que)
(While the director is helping the girls finish up there sceen Natalie heads just outside the shop and waits for her que holding a prop to be used)
Tootie: I get it I finally get it
Natalie: (jumps up from shock at the sound of Tooties voice and turns to her) tootie what are you doing here
Tootie: (she doesn't even notice Natalie and keeps talking to herself) this has to be a dream it just has to be I remember when I went into the bedroom some how I ended up on this tv show.
Natalie: (in an annoyed voice) Kim what are you talking about
Tootie: (finally she notices her and smiles) Oh sorry Natalie I know what I have to do now
Natalie: (breathes a little sigh of releife) Well good now could you go over there and wait (points to the front of the house off stage Tootie walks over to her spot and waits)
(Back in the store they were wrapping up)
Director: Ok ladies that was perfect Lisa Nancy I need you to go and wait in the living room (they head off stage) Ok Mindy when I say action you enter, and action)
(natalie enters the shop carrying a copy of the eastlander)
Mrs. garrett: (she hangs up the phone just as Natalie enters the sho) Hi Natalie how was your day
Mindy/Natlaie: (walking over to the counter where Mrs. Garrett is) Excellent my article got on the first page of the Eastlander (she places the paper down on the counter, and Mrs. Garrett takes a glance)
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: natalie the front page that's wonderful (she finally looks back up) didn't' tootie come home with you
Mindy/Natalie: No she had rehersale
Director: Ok and cut ladies that was great just another hour and then we can call it a day. (everyone breathes a sigh of releif the director then tells everyone to go into the living room)
(everyone heads into the living room)
Director: OK girls I need you to be sitting around the table and Charlotte your pacing the room in a frantic let's take it from anything could happen to her out there and action
Charlotte/mrs. Garrett: (puts her hand over her mouth just for a second in worry) anything could happen to her out there
Mindy/Natalie: (gets up from the chair and walks over to them)yeah she could get killed, rapped, murdered, mugged, her body tossed in a ditch somewhere like yesterdays……..
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: (intrupts her and starts raising her voice) natalie please I don't' want to hear that
Lisa/Blair: listen (goes over to put on her coast) why don't I go check by the play house maybe she's still there (gives her a smile for support)
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: Thanks Blair call me if you hear anything (Blair starts to put on her coat)
Director: Kim that's your que Kim we need you on stage
Tootie: (saying sliently to herself) this is it I'm going home
Mrs. Garrett/Charlotte: (walks up to Tootie and raises her voice) Tootie were have you been
Tootie: (she turns her head and points off stage where she had been standing) off stage waiting for my que
Nany/Jo: (tosses her hands up in the air in annoying way) Kim that's not your line
Lisa/Blair: We've lost her again
Mindy/Natalie: Medic please
Director: Susan, Please give Tootie her line
Susan: (Susan reads Tooties line for her)Hi Everyone gosh you wouldn't believe what an evening I had (puts the scribt back down and looks up at tootie)
Director: Now Kim can we please get through this sceen and once again action
Tootie: (she looks around for a moment and smiles to herself as she remembers the events that unfolded earlier that day with out another moment's hesitation she goes into character) Hi everybody gosh you wouldn't believe what an evening I had
Mrs. Garrett: Tootie where have you been
Tootie: I remember this oh um (she's about to go on but the director cuts her off)
Director: Hold it Kim that's not written in the scribt just do the line the way it was written
Tootie: Oh I'm sorry after rehersale we all sat around talking about Friday nights cast party
Director: (cutting the girls off) yes (says it in a pleasing voice) that was wonderful ladies let's take a 10 minute break, and then we'll reherse the sceen right before Tootie enters the bedroom to get the sheets (the director leaves the set while the others are talking about tootie)
Lisa/Blair: Well at least she's finally coming back to relaity
Nancy/Jo: thank goodness for that I was getting worried there for a while
Mindy/natalie: let's just hope she stays with it
(the director comes back, and everyone returns to the set)
Director: Ok Charlotte let's take it from your line why don't you go and get started on the beds
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: (give tootie a smile) Tootie thank you now why don't you go and get started on the beds
Tootie: Sure you know it's to bad this isn't a tv show
Jo: What do you mean
Tootie: Well on a tv show a kid gets grounded by the next eposide there not grounded anymore
Blair: except on a soap opeara
Tootie: (without noticing anyone she starts talking to herself again) This whole thing started because I wanted to be grounded on a tv show
Lisa/Blair: What is she talking about (looks at the others in confusion)
Tootie: (still not notiching anyone else she begings rethinking the events that placed her on the tv show and when I went into the room somehow I got on this show
Nancy/Jo: I think we've lost her again
Tootie: I bet if I enter the room again this will all go away
Mindy/Natalie: (sounding paniced) where's that darn medic
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: Tootie suddenly runs off set and heads up to the bedroom) Where's Kim going
Tootie: (just outside the door she stops to catch her breathe) Ok this is where this whole thing started I'll walk through this door and I won't be stuck on this show anymore (takes another big breathes pauses for a moment) ok here goes (she places her hand on the knob and turns it but doesn't open the door) one two three (quickly opens the door and enters the room she begins looking around and a huge smile comes on her face) a full ceiling no camera crew yes I'm back Mrs. Garrett Mrs. Garrett, Mrs. garrett (quickly runs downstairs to tell the others what happened)
Mrs. Garrett: What is it Tootie
Tootie: (mrs. Garrett is sitting on the couch and Tootie sits down next to her) Oh wow I just had the weirest dream I dreamed that somehow we all ended up on this tv show our are real names were our character names on the show but we also had other names besides Blair your other name was Lisa
Blair: OH how boring how dull Blair's so much more me
Tootie: (still in a daze about her dream) well just remember Tootie becareful when you wish for something

(the director comes back, and everyone returns to the set)
Director: Ok Charlotte let's take it from your line why don't you go and get started on the beds
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: (give tootie a smile) Tootie thank you now why don't you go and get started on the beds
Tootie: Sure you know it's to bad this isn't a tv show
Jo: What do you mean
Tootie: Well on a tv show a kid gets grounded by the next eposide there not grounded anymore
Blair: except on a soap opeara
Tootie: (without noticing anyone she starts talking to herself again) This whole thing started because I wanted to be grounded on a tv show
Lisa/Blair: What is she talking about (looks at the others in confusion)
Tootie: (still not notiching anyone else she begings rethinking the events that placed her on the tv show and when I went into the room somehow I got on this show
Nancy/Jo: I think we've lost her again
Tootie: I bet if I enter the room again this will all go away
Mindy/Natalie: (sounding paniced) where's that darn medic
Charlotte/Mrs. Garrett: Tootie suddenly runs off set and heads up to the bedroom) Where's Kim going
Tootie: (just outside the door she stops to catch her breathe) Ok this is where this whole thing started I'll walk through this door and I won't be stuck on this show anymore (takes another big breathes pauses for a moment) ok here goes (she places her hand on the knob and turns it but doesn't open the door) one two three (quickly opens the door and enters the room she begins looking around and a huge smile comes on her face) a full ceiling no camera crew yes I'm back Mrs. Garrett Mrs. Garrett, Mrs. garrett (quickly runs downstairs to tell the others what happened)
Mrs. Garrett: What is it Tootie
Tootie: (mrs. Garrett is sitting on the couch and Tootie sits down next to her) Oh wow I just had the weirest dream I dreamed that somehow we all ended up on this tv show our are real names were our character names on the show but we also had other names besides Blair your other name was Lisa
Blair: OH how boring how dull Blair's so much more me
Tootie: (still in a daze about her dream) well just remember Tootie becareful when you wish for something
Blair: (sits on the chair next to the couch) Well comes on I wanna here all about this dream
