Paul Benedict ("Jeffersons" actor) - the names of two post-Vatican II popes (Paul VI and Benedict XVI)

Lindsay Wagner (actress) - the names of two New York City mayors (John Lindsay and Robert Wagner)

Lee Grant (actress) - the names of two Civil War generals (Robert E. Lee [Confederacy] and Ulysses S. Grant [Union])

Blair Brown (actress) - the names of two British prime ministers (Tony Blair and Gordon Brown)

Martin Lewis (humorist, Beatles expert) - the names of two supposedly funny guys who had an act together (Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, of course!)

See how it works? :)

Any more?

Oh yeah, how about Chelsea Clinton - her names of are the names of two Manhattan neighborhoods bordering each other! Alright, Chelsea and Clinton aren't people, but it's the same idea.

Then there's TV producer Sherwood Schwartz. Sherwood and Schwartz just happen to be the two last names of two of my high school teachers! :D
