I saw this one less than one hour ago on KFOX here in El Paso. It is the ep where Hawkeye is paymaster and the goat eats the money. When the investigating officer (who persecutes Hawkeye) is filling out a report Hawk and Potter and Klinger all connive to get the goat to eat the report. The blackmail trick works and the investigating officer agrees to dismiss Hawk of the charges of the lost money as the officer now has to explain how a goat ate his (the officer's own report) and Potter (as CO) agrees to back the investigator's own hard luck story up in exchange for the investigator dismissing the charges aginst Hawk. But why does this blackmail trick work? If we presume this show to be anything like reality---couldn't the investigator just fill out another report form and go on persecuting Hawk? Wasn't like the investigator brought replacement money and the goat ate some of that! That would logically be more irreplaceable.

It was a very weak ep, one of the worst.
Such a weak script. The goat culprit was so predictable, much like the MP that stole Klinger's camera in Snappier Judgement. Uggh.
