Ok, I'm trying to find out what the episode titles are and which season are the two following episodes from. I need to make sure my mind isn't playing tricks on me and that these aren't shows I dreamed up!!!

1) Sam has some new napkins at the bar with a lot of quick facts on them and Cliff gets jealous of the napkins and ends up typing some of his own on a home typewriter.

2) Norm gets a job in a beer factory as a taste specialist or something like that.

I can help you with #2 which is The King of Beers from Season 11. I also know that you didn't dream up #1 because I vaguely remember that happening. I just don't remember which episode or season.
