and Cliff then says"No, that's the Suggested Retail Price"

Wasn't that something Bob Barker said? For some reason I thought of Bob Barker when I heard Cliff say that

And wasn't the episode you're talking the highest rated episode of the entire series? I think it aired after the Superbowl that year, and got around 50 million viewers.
