Hey gang,

Keep your eyes peeled for Scott Lawrence (aka "Tony") from the Adam Hecht segment doing ads for the Choice Hotels group. He does a little rap about getting a lot of things done in a short amount of time over the Johnny Cash song "I've Been Everywhere". Lawrence of course besides his "famous" portrayal of the street dweller "Tony" is also famous for a long run on the series JAG.

I literally laughed out loud when I saw him tonight. Its so hard sometimes to seperate actors from their roles.

One of my favorite UM is when Lawrence proclaims to snooty Mrs. Hecht that "I'm your son" - Its hilarious :lol:

^ You know I have to follow this up with something that just occured to me. I understand this might be a little bit inappropriate given the grave nature of this case and I sincerely hope that Adam's family one day finds the peace and answers they are searching for in this case...

That being the case if this whole mess wasn't so tragic...based solely on the characterization of "Tony" and the attitudes displayed by Adam's family in the segment doesn't anyone else think this has all the makings for a hilarious sitcom?

Just think of it an affluent young man befriends a homeless person on the street and decides to bring him home to live with him. He introduces him to his snooty family who are repulsed by him but nobody can seem to get this homeless person to leave so the keep him on and try to introduce him to the ways of life in high society. You see "Tony" learning how to play tennis, going to high society parties, trying to assimilate into their world all the time making all these snobs look like fools by satirizing their sheltered existence.

Think of it a kid from the wrong side of the tracks comes into an affluent community and creates havoc by impacting the lives of the privileged people in that community...oh wait thats already been done and that show kinda sucked eggs.

Oh well night all.
