Ann Romano slept around. Her first date with Sam Royer, Mark's father, they spent the night together.

Yep. In one episode, it's vauge in my memory, but BJ was telling Reba before she asked Jesus to come into her life, she slept around with doctors. One of them was at the place they were at. Dr. Gomez, I believe.

Another person who slept around: Buffy Summers from Buffy the Vampire (S)layer. 1st Angel, then Spike. Didn't she also sleep with Riley? Faith also comes to mind. Not sure tho. I know she slept with Xander and kicked him to the curb the next day.

Gabby, Carlos, Edie, Carl, Rex, Susan and maybe a few others on Desperate Housewives.

This is not as obvious as many others, but Hilary Banks on "Fresh Prince". At least, unlike her little sister Ashley, she wasn't a virgin, though her parents would have wanted her to be.

I think I actually only watch shows, where the characters don't sleep around. But of course, I mostly watch more "family friendly" sitcoms, like "The Cosby show", "Alf" and "Family Matters".

I think Blair at least gave some guys a hand job or 2, or maybe even oral sex. As much as she loved serial dating guys, i think she did a lil sumthin sumthin....

Probably no character got more grief for her promiscuity than Roz Doyle. Frasier and (especially) Niles zinged her constantly for her sleeping around.

Glen Quagmire.

Chester Tate would definitely top the list. Ever since he was married to Jessica, all he did was cheat on her and sleep with other women. It eventually led to divorce.

Penny from The Big Bang Theory. Sheldon even mentioned how many sexual partners she has probably had!
