The reunion movie doesn't count, Monika. :snob: ;)

What did you think of the reunion movie? I've never seen it. It was aired before I started watching the show. Since I started watching the series in December of 2005, the reunion movie has not been reshown. Of course, I really want to see it. People seem to have split opinions about it though. Some seemed to have really liked it, where as others really did not like it.

The last episode you saw was "Read No Evil", right? The episode about Eastland taking certain books out of their library because parents were complaining. Mrs. Garrett was great in that episode. :)

catlover79
07-15-2007, 04:55 PM
The reunion movie was very cheesy (especially the "love triangle" involving Natalie). Still, Lisa Whelchel looked great, Blair was still pretty snobby, and Mrs. G was just the same. Had Nancy McKeon signed on, it probably would've been better. Then again, maybe different writers would've helped.

I've actually seen some pictures from the movie, and Lisa does look great. I'm taking that "very cheesy" means that you didn't much like the movie? It seems that more people disliked it than liked it. I'm starting to think that maybe a reunion movie should not have been made. As that old saying goes, sometimes you just can't go home again.

I watched Grauation not too long ago and I cried through half of it, I think part of it was I'm graduating this year and can relate to it and all but yeah it had some amazing moments in it. But I'm going to try to find either Teachers Pet and finish it or Brave New World, havent decided yet.

Thanks :)

The problem with YouTube is that I would have to watch it on my computer. My computer is really slow when it comes to downloading off of YouTube? It could literally take a full day for me to watch a two hour movie on YouTube at the rate my computer downloads. I've talked to a friend though in regards to making a trade for the reunion movie.

It's been updated, I just watched on YouTube "Seems Like Old Times" with Jo's ex-boyfriend, this is a season 5 episode or was it season 6? It was a good "reunion" episode but the ending was to hard to watch. I hate it when Jo gets hurt. :(

Also, am watching FoL Goes To Paris, half-way through that one. I love YouTube, if Sony hurries up I can watch it through the dvds instead of these syndicated cut episodes.

I'm getting problems viewing part 2, part 1 and 3 works. Dang, YouTube! I remember watching this episode when it first aired on NBC, and my family and I were all shocked with Blair and her scar.

I vividly remember the next week episode, when everything was back to normal. My father was like "what happen to her scar!?" And I was like "It's a tv show, they wouldn't have Blair like that throughout the rest of the season."

I just can't picture Jo, Blair and mostly Mrs. Garrett going to a strip club and going crazy over watching these guys take off there clothes and dance. The part I didn't like the most was the end cause I thought they really didn't resolve the issue I mean Cliff and Blair were going to talk about the problem but they ended it and didn't let us know what the outcome of the problem was if Cliff was going to keep striping or not.

I notice alot of you are watching episodes not currently available on DVD. So do you have a cable channel in your city that airs FOL or something, or do you just have them on tape?

My last few were what I like to call the "New York Trilogy":

. The Affair
. Runaway
. New York, New York

Interesting how they all aired one after the other but they were all separate trips to New York. Makes it seem like they traverse to the city every weekend!
