I ordered the Ultimate Collection DVD set on about the 8th of June.
I seem to be waiting a long while for it to come in stock.
Did anybody else have this problem?
It says that it has been back ordered till the 2nd of July.

it probably depends, what website did you order it off of?

Come to think of it, I'm surprised you were able to find that online at all (except for ebay.) Last time I checked, that was the only UM title that wasn't available. I have no idea why it was yanked from the websites, actually it was a very good bargain, I wish it was around when I picked up the individual sets for mondo bucks.

I don't think it's ever been available at Amazon.com . Barnes & Noble has it, but it will take 1-2 weeks and probably longer to ship to Australia. That's really not that long to wait for it.

It is actually currently available on Amazon for $115

I got it from Deep Discount for $63 US which was an absolute bargain.

They insist it is still being backordered.

I have heard of someone that ended up getting it a while ago.

Well if you don't want to wait, it's on eBay "buy it now" for $79 + $25 postage. With the Australian dollar value currently high you really can't go wrong.

Yeah well i saw that but i am willing to wait plus it is free shipping because i got all this other stuff at the same time.

I just hope that in 2 or 3 weeks time they won't tell me that it is no longer being made and then i will have to get it off ebay.

I've always been a little skeptical about those deep discount sites, simply because the old adage "if something is too good to be true, it usually is", although I know there is some exceptions.

Did they say it was currently in stock when you ordered it? Have they given you a timeframe? If your answers to those two questions are yes and no respectively, then I would imagine you may have awhile to wait.

I've ordered a few things from Deep Discount before and have always had really good service plus got my items at a really good price. I took advantage of their 20% off deal they were having and got some really good deals on UM and other things too.

When i ordered it, UM was not meant to be in stock but it said it would be by the 12th of June. Then it got changed to the 18th. Then 22nd now the 2nd of July.

I tried to order it again to see what would come up if i ordered it today and it comes up with the 5th of July.

But that could still be different to when i get it because if i ordered it today i would be at the end of the list.

Anyway so hopefully i get it shipped soon enough.

Hmmm, yeah that sounds a little suspcious to me. Does it say that the individual box sets are currently available? The ultimate collection is essentially all of the individual box sets, so if worse comes to worst, I don't see why they just couldn't send you all of the individual box sets. Oh, wait, I forgot, the Ultimate collection does come with that nifty trunk to house it all in.

Yeah plus a 25th disk with a few nice extras in it.

If i don't hear anything from them by the 2nd i will email them again and again until i get it.
