Shamed ex-Grey's Anatomy star Isaiah Washington insists T.R. Knight wanted him and costar Patrick Dempsey off the show because of they were getting better storylines.

The actor was fired from the medical drama earlier this month in the wake of a homophobic remark he made about castmate Knight last October--a comment he repeated at the Golden Globe Awards earlier this year.

However, Washington claims Knight turned the remark into a major controversy because he was jealous of the storylines he was getting.

He says, "T.R. Knight was very tactical in trying to remove me from the show because he knows that I know, and I was gagged, that he has been working on a conspiracy to get Patrick Dempsey and myself off the show for the last year and a half.

"I know Patrick Dempsey has supported me by stating that if there is anyone that needs to be fired it is T.R. Knight because he has created such a negative environment on that set because he felt like he has not been treated and given the same leading-man kinds of storylines."

I know someone mentioned this on the other thread about Washington's recent rantings, and now it's obvious he's going to pull the race card next.

I guarantee next he'll claim he was kicked off the show because of his skin color.

That might be hard to do considering that the creator of the show is a black woman.

I can't wait to see the E True Hollywood story on this one ;)

Oh no, that's a perfect angle. It's just another part of the vast "conspiracy" that got him kicked off the show. He'll be telling a new part of this tale all summer to any tabloid that will interview him.

It's amazing - this may be the only person in America with a bigger mouth than Rosie O'Donnell. :eek2: Seriously, this guy just needs to go away.

After they fired him, I'm surprised he could get through the door with that big ego.

Talking crap about other people isn't going to get him his job back. He is such a jerk.
