one of the producers on Alice? Tonight's episode credits showed a producer with the last name "Madden". It hit me that is the same last name of the actor who plays Earl, Flo's sometime boyfriend, who happened to appear in tonight's New Year's Eve episode.

So Irene, what happened in this "final" episode on ION?

Flo had NO DATE for New Year's Eve. That's crazy!!!! :rofl: Anyhoo, the guy she wanted for her date, was with someone else. So Flo worked at the restaurant by herself while everyone else had plans.

Alice was with that creepy guy. The same actor who she met at the new singles bar that made dates with Flo and Vera. Well, he was her date tonight, except he was playing a different guy. Alice felt guilty abt Flo being all alone and they both went over to Mel's Diner. Followed by Vera and her popcorn date and then walked in Mel and his date, Marie. Next thing you know abt 12 guys show up because of Flo talking to a deejay on the radio earlier in the evening and accidently letting it slip out that she was working all alone at Mel's. Then, her boyfriend Earl ended up showing up and Flo said everyone could have free coffee and chili, much to Mel's chagrin. :lol:

BTW, who can drink coffee with chili????? :puke:
