View Full Version : The bigger slimebucket: Mr. Haney or Eddie Haskell?? catlover79 06-22-2007, 09:07 PM Who is the bigger slimeball in sitcom history: Mr. Haney of Green Acres or Eddie Haskell of Leave it to Beaver?? I can't decide!! AB 06-22-2007, 09:10 PM Thats a tough one, probably Mr. Haney. Mikado 06-22-2007, 09:47 PM Haney...Eddie Haskel was a disingenuous hypocrite, but, at least he wasnt a thief comedyfreak 06-23-2007, 05:16 AM Mr. Haney definately. At least with Eddie you could reason with him, or at least threaten him, LOL. OH Nuts! 09-28-2007, 05:01 AM They were both prety awful but I'd say Eddie. comedyfreak 09-28-2007, 07:27 AM I'd say Mr. Haney...Eddie was more likeable imo. Rezny@gmail.com 09-28-2007, 03:37 PM I'd have to say "Mr.Haney"-When he was on "Green Acres" AND "Petticoat Junction"(In the "Petticoat Junction" episodes the first one was when Betty Jo was still a tomboy, and took place at a baseball game,in the Bea Benaderet years, and then later on in a post(after)Bea Benaderet episode, when he sold Betty Jo and Steve their house)he was sneaky, and conniving. What I do NOT get is,that nobody liked Mr.Haney very much,so why did they deal with him? Heidi Dawn 09-28-2007, 04:21 PM Mr. Haney was the bigger slimebucket, he tried to sell Oliver useless junk all the time. 'No' was not in his vocabulary. bfuller07 02-03-2008, 10:51 PM Mr. Haney, i hated that man. tanquant 02-04-2008, 01:19 PM Mr. Haney. Eddie was tolerable at least. bingbangbaby 02-04-2008, 02:45 PM Mr Haney! He was a nasty flim flammer who had no remorse ever. Eddie had the potential to become another "Mr Haney" but from what we saw of him, he was mostly an insecure kid who only knew how to deal with things by being obnoxious. At least he showed some remorse sometimes. |
