At this point, it just feels like we're watching Isaiah Washington self-destruct. Since being fired from Grey's Anatomy, he has said some pretty stupid stuff. But this one takes the cake.
Washington gave an interview to the Houston Chronicle, his hometown newspaper, where he says that actor T.R. Knight is the one who should have been fired from Grey's Anatomy. Sure, Washington is the one who practically got into a fistfight on set with co-star Patrick Dempsey after Washington used a derogatory gay slur referring to Knight. But, Washington says, Knight went on to have the nerve to be offended by it and ended up creating a negative work environment.

There's no way Knight should have been fired - for what? He was asked what happened during an interview and he told his story.
It was Washington that had to bring it up again at the Golden Globes so where he gets this crap about T.R. publicizing it so much I don't know.
This guy is pathetic and is nothing more than sour grapes.

And now I'm happy Burke and Cristina weren't meant to be. I can't wait to see the upcoming season without Isaiah. Should be interesting.
He's lost his mind, no wonder they fired him.

He ruined his own career. I read this news item in the morning and I was like "WTF????!!!" So, if this is what Isaiah is saying NOW, then he negates all that he did and said before, regarding issuing apologies and attending anger management (which I said before, looks like he learned NOTHING from anger management).
Seems like Isaiah just did what he was told to do to save face, save his ass and save his job. You can tell those are the only reasons he did what he did because he is stating that ABC "told him" he had to. Wouldn't you do whatever your boss told you to do if you knew you would lose your job for some stupid sh*t you said or did? We are not talking abt a 9-5 job here, we are talking abt a job that pays big bucks. So of course Isaiah was going to do whatever ABC told him. Doesn't mean ABC was obligated to keep him on the show.
He is one big sour puss and one whiney b*tch. GOOD RIDDANCE. What next, the race card will be played?

^ Well, if no one in show business hires him again, he has no one to blame but himself and his big old mouth. GOOD!!
