for me; the best was STARSKY & HUTCH, and the worst was THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES.

For me; the best was The Brady Bunch movie and sequel. The worst for me was Lost In Space, Beverly hillbilllies, and McHale's Navy.

The only one I've ever liked is The Brady Bunch Movie. It was so clever and the perfect mixture of old and new.

Brady Bunch wasnt bad....the rest all pretty much bite.....Ill probably see the Get Smart movie but, i cant imagine anyone being able to fill Don Adams Shoe-phones

Miami Vice WAS horrible, no theme,not enough action, no openign credits it was good,but I was basically like WTF? that whole thing

I too will vote best as The Brady Bunch Movie because it was mostly a parody. It was fresh and retro at the same time.

I was seriously disappointed in the Bewitched movie, as you might imagine. I mostly steer clear of old TV shows turning into movies. :rolleyes: I can only imagine how bad the Welcome Back Kotter movie will be. *shudders*

Ugh, that blows. Yeah, I can imagine you being disappointed with it. I remember the previews.. those alone had me going, "ohno:" Since they keep turning even the dramas into silly comedies, I'm not holding my breath for Welcome Back, Kotter - even though it wasn't exactly a drama.

I'm gonna go ahead and add The Beverly Hillbillies to my Worst Seen list.

I can't tell anyone what was the best, because they all look cheesy, but the worse had to be the 2003 version of "The Hulk" Man, I was so disappointed in that movie. That was a disgrace to the TV series.

If I made a list of the ten worst movies ever made, I would certainly put Charlie's Angels on that list. That movie was totally worthless. I remember watching it and having no idea why any of the characters were doing what they were doing. I remember Cameron Diaz's character spent half of the movie dancing for no reason at all. :lol:

it was not just so incredibly cheesy, this version was so sexed-up it took away the innocence and sassiness of the original tv series. lucy liu (no relation btw to me!), cameron diaz and drew barrymore were woeful. all they did was strut around wearing skimpy clothing. the way they dressed suggested they looked like whores. and as for demi moore and bernie mac starring in the sequel, oh pur-lease. both charlie's angels movies sucked like hell

Ugh.. me too, Sonny. ohno: Tom Selleck was on Conan one night. They were talking about a Magnum movie and Tom's like, "I don't care how much money they offer me, I'm not doing it. Magnum's got a lot of fans, they all love the show and remember it a certain way. It needs to be treated with respect, not made fun of." David Soul and Paul Michael Glaser's little nod to Starsky and Hutch were touched upon as well, I think, and he thought that was fine but he wasn't interested in doing that.

It's great if they've got a sense of humor about their part in the show, ya know.. not taking themselves too seriously or whatever, but when it turns into a case of just making fun of it, I don't like that either. So true. I did not care too much for the Sargent era (with no disrespect to the man). Once Season 5 comes to DVD in a couple of weeks, that'll be it for me.

Best - Batman ('66), Star Trek series, Trailer Park Boys ('06), The Naked Gun series and Wayne's World ('92)

Worst - The Beverly Hillbillies ('93), Charlie's Angels ('00), Hulk ('03), Starsky & Hutch ('04) and SWAT ('03)

Beverly Hillbillies was a terrible insult to the show... but confidentially... i thought it was kinda funny... still, terrible thing to do to such an awesome show.

I liked lost in space. I also liked ninja turtles and master of the univser the old he-man movie. The hulk movie wasn't about the tv show it was from the comic book not the old tv show with billy bixy. I read that new hulk is going to be like the old tv show.
