Has anyone ever ordered something from Deep Discount? On June 5th I ordered a dvd. On June 6th it apparently shipped. It was supposed to arrive between 5 to 10 business days. It's been over that and I still don't have my dvd. I hope the site isn't a fake take you for your money website.

5-10 business days means that it was most likely shipped media mail and that can sometimes take 2 weeks or more.

I used them once without a problem. 10 business days may not technically be up yet. If they gave you a tracking number you could see where it is.

I order from them all the time, they're great! It does take a little longer though if you got the free shipping.

I LOVE doing business with Deep Discount - been buying from 'em since 2004, in fact. They used to have two separate websites, deepdiscountdvd.com and deepdiscountcd.com, but they merged to become deepdiscount.com some months ago.

If you use the free shipping option (which I see you did), it's gonna take quite a while. You WILL have it soon, though. Just remember that when you go with the free shipping/media mail option, it might take longer than 10 business days.

Ten business days from June 6th is June 20th.

I love deepdiscountdvd! :) They're very reliable--I've gotten a few dvds from them before. Very cheap stuff...I also like their 'Bill Me Later' feature :)

i have ordered hundreds of items from them, they are pretty reliable, but sometimes the free shipping can be slow

if your item doesn't show up within the 10 business days, just call them.

I guess Saturdays don't count as offical business days?

Not usually. Just M-F.

I ordered from deepdiscount.com last wednesday june 13th and it arrived tuesday june 19th. I have been ordering from them for 2 years and they have always been dependable.
