The case of Kurft Sova.. 17 year old kid, disapears for 5 days and turns up dead in a ravine...
Cause of death undetermined. My initial thought was alochol poisoning, but the Medical examiner ruled this out.

Sounds like he died in the presence of his friends, and they dumped him. But no cause of death is baffling

any ideas?

This is one of those cases that really bugs me. Eerily similar to the death of Jason Kvett (sp?) with the missing shoe and being dumped in the same area.

I'm kinda amazed this thread is still standing.. Nevermind. I watched this one before it was up on YT the other day, I find it a bit baffling that they can't determine a cause-of-death. Obviously something killed Kurt, do you think they should re-examine his remains now, after 25 years surely something will come up that was overlooked..?

I also think, with the advances in medical technology that have been made over the last 25 years, that a new autopsy would be extremely called for. They have to do better than "cause undetermined."

I am pretty sure the Crack, Meth or X that killed Kurt Sova that night has all but evaporated from his system.

They should have gotten Cyril Wecht to perform an autopsy. He'll find the cause of death. But not Fahmy Malek.
