Okay, we've come to the first season where CBS held episodes back due to the writer's strikes of the early 80's. 4 episodes (I've Got a Secert, Louise's Father and The Separation Part 1 and 2) from the 7th season aired with the 8th season episodes, leaving only 20 episodes for Season 7. Do you think they will release all 24 episodes on the next DVD box set?

Good point. I personally would have those 4 on the season 8 DVD, since it aired during season 8. It would be better if the season 7 DVD has all the Checking In episodes as a bonus, since S7 will only have 20 episodes.

That is a good idea since there were only four episodes. I think now its time to do some cast commentary while we still have some actors still alive. That could be used to help the other seasons as many are not fond of the 1980's eps. I think the last season could have the cast giving their idea on how the show would have ended just like the cast of Married with Children did on True Hollywood story.

They should release the Jeffersons on Stage so we can see what the series finale would have been.
It toured all over the country so I'm sure someone has a video of it even if it's not the best quality.

I didn't know they did an ending on the play tour. You would think someone would have it on YouTube or something. We all know Marla wasn't there as 227 went into production immediately after the cancellation of the Jeffersons.
