I don't think so, her maiden name was Alice Spivak though.

I don't recall them ever mentioning her middle name. Mel called her Alicia at least once though. Mel's middle name was mentioned once as Emery (not sure of the spelling), Vera's is Louise, and of course Flo's was Jean. Belle's was mentioned at least once too, Amanda.

Edit: Just watched "Mel's in a Family Way", that's the one where he calls her Alicia
