I don't know if anyone else has said anything about this but I just had to say something. Why is bubba's room still have that pink flowered wallpaper and bedspread? I know that it used to be fran's room but they could have made it more for a teenage boy in high school. he never even complained once about it. That would have made for a great episode him arguing with mama about getting his room a makeover.

Kind of like Uncle Jesse on "Full House," with the pink bunnies.

Different = Funny. Remember that. :)

Probably because there was not enough money in the budget to remodel the room set. Keep in mind that when a show leaves a network and enters syndication, budgets usually get trimmed and producers generally start cutting corners. Also, the show was produced independently, without the backing of a major studio, so they really couldn't have access to the large production values enjoyed by those programs that are financed by a major studio.

I think Mama always just kinda expected Bubba to be there temporarily, and I think was prolly expecting him to go live with Ed and Eunice eventually.
