when the cast wanted more money than they'd received in the roles that they were in?

They were getting a million an episode. Not bad!
I wasn't impressed with season 9 and 10. It went downhill, and the finale was totally disappointing.

It could have lasted a few more seasons, they still had funny story lines and could have brought in a new character or two.

I thought the series finale was pretty good. I think that ten seasons was a good round number for them. Anymore seasons would have been too much.

Yeah I agree Friends defently made tv history!

Should've ended in season 8 the show had peaked and the actors didn't seem to enjoy their roles as much as in earlier seasons. Although I'm glad they did do two final seasons just more for us fants to watch ;)

Season 9 was my least favorite, and while I thought 10 was better, it wasn't a favorite. I'd say it ran at least a year too long.
