It was the two parter where Klinger goes on trial for stealing a camera. The second half of it the writers were having Charles making a total boob of himself in court acting as Klinger's lawyer. This two part ep would have been better served having Potter be Klinger's lawyer in a serious well done trial second half. The show was serious by this season and this kind of bufoonery that was in this second part of the two part ep was better served in the earier funnier eps of the show. It looked miscast here.

I thought this episode really defined how out of touch the show got with its comedy elements later in the series...quite painful. It seemed more to me that they had X number of episodes for the season and couldn't come up with anything better so they stretched a 25 minute idea out to 50. This and episodes like "That's Showbiz" (the season 10 opener) seem to be more like filler episodes.
