Now I have a question and this is going to sound incredibly stupid but I heard from somebody that Bailey's name is Bailey because that was her mother's maiden name. Is this true? I looked up on imbd and there is nothing on Bailey's name and I'd like some verification. Thanks.

Her name was never explained on the show, no.

However, it is true that a lot of times when people have unusual first names it's because they're named for their mother's maiden name. So maybe someone was just speculating that that's why she's named Bailey, but there's nothing on the show itself to corroborate that.
