June 12, 2007 -- Called to 'Order' Jesse L. Martin, who'd been renegotiating his con tract, will return to "Law & Order" for a minimum of 13 episodes - and will play the late Marvin Gaye in "Sexual Healing," a big-screen movie being shopped by James Gandolfini's production company.

Martin, who plays Det. Ed Green on "L&O," inked his new deal yesterday to return to the show, which be gins shooting its 18th season Aug. 8 for a midseason pre miere. He'll do a minimum of 13 episodes.

Martin also signed with Gandolfini's Attaboy Produc tions to portray Gaye on the big screen. The project is being shopped by Gandolfini, who has a first-look deal with HBO. Martin's manager, Bob McGowan, wasn't comment ing yesterday.
