This is a channel I don't have and it looks like they have some interesting Programs especially since they just added Mary Tyler Moore. I would sure love to replace Hallmark Channel or Fox Reality Channel with the American TV Life Network. Especially Hallmark

Imagine a cable channel where shows are shown uncut (yet sometimes sped up versions are used depending on the series), a typical half hour series has only 2 commericial breaks lasting 2-3 minutes each, there is only one "Bug" in the corner of a little star (no words), nothing ever flys accross the screen, the original credits are shown full screen and with no voiceovers ever!

THAT'S AMERICAN LIFE TV...call your local cable or satellite provider and demand it!

Awwwww. Cheer up Solomon. Just demand your provider add it to their line-up. I have ALN and I love it.

My Comcast dropped the channel in March, and I've read it has been dropped in other areas. I was paying extra for it as part of another digital tier, but it was worth it for the unedited shows.

Wow. I didn't know a network like that existed anymore.

ALN is really everything TVLand should be (or was). With my cable area, it seems to appear late at night- but that's when the good shows are anyway. It also doesn't seem to have a wide coverage area either.

That's like comparing the Beatles to some ****ty rap group. ALTV is awesome while TV Land is a waste of cable space.
