Hello everyone,
My wife and I are new to this particular site, but have traded with some of you on other sites. We just signed up today, and wanted to say howdy and offer up our trade website for everyone to take a look at and also throw out a few of our wants.
Our website is a work in progress and only has about 25% of our collection listed. We've been trading since 2004, but have built a collection since 1985. It's been a process transferring nearly 1400 videotapes of recorded material to DVD, but we're over the half way point. Feel free to ask about any titles you don't see listed, as we might have them. If we were to answer what are the highlights of our collection, it would probably be many of obscure tv short-lived tv shows or pilots, forgotten 80s cartoons, 65 episodes of the Jack Palance version of Ripley's Believe It Or Not (still can't find an episode guide on the web anywhere), tons of talk shows, breaking news, rare movies, sporting events, concerts and music specials. Plus tv shows, specials, and movies with original commercials from the 80s.
Our want list isn't expansive, and in fact it's not even currently on our website (hey, it's a work in progress). But the main things we are looking for are:
The Kwicky Koala Show
Anything Filmation with original commercials
The New Adventures of Gilligan
Gilligan's Planet
Falcon Crest
Any ABC Sunday or Monday Night Movies from the 70s or 80s w/o/c
Any ABC Weekend Specials from the 70s or 80s w/o/c (not the 90s)
Aaron's Way
Great White (a foreign-made Jaws ripoff)
Tales of the Gold Monkey (any ABC airings w/o/c)
Ripley's Believe It Or Not (Jack Palance version) - any we don't have
Buck Rogers (any original NBC airings w/o/c)
The Waltons (any original airings w/o/c)
Trollkins
WKRP in Cinncinati ******TRADE PENDING
The New WKRP in Cinncinati (any episodes that I don't have)
The Courtship of Eddie's Father (tv series, not the movie)
The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams
PM Magazine
Lights, Camera, Action with Leonard Nimoy
One Step Beyond
