they didn't teach her to say those lines.
if you watch the outtakes it's more like, "pearl, can you say this?"
she was just mimicking what everyone else was saying.
plus she was at that age where she'll repeat people and not know what she is saying. those words aren't a regular part of her vocabulary now. her dad has said that she has not sworn since they filmed it.
she really had no idea what she was saying.
