What is up with that running/skipping/jumping move Ms. Romano does when she answers the front door, or when she happens to be a joyous mood or whatever? She even does "the jump" in the early opening credits when she rear-ends David's car. Anybody else find this action odd? I wonder if Norman Lear and the directors told Bonnie Franklin to do that, or if she demanded to do it like when she made a big fight to go braless.
