Ms. Romano didn't deserve to be angry in the episode "David Plus Two." Since they weren't really "an item", David had every right to "get it on" upstairs in his apartment with the neighbor lady. I wanted to deck Ms. Romano when she started wailing into that towel, and the girls were trying to comfort her.

David had made it very clear that he wanted to be with Ann and for them to be exclusive. So while she kept hemming and hawing, the neighbor lady made herself available - and he grabbed the opportunity. Ann was the one who treated him like dirt much of the time anyway - so she had no right to be mad at him or barge into his apartment.
