Hi Everyone,

I was at Purdue University in the 70's. A young coed, 19 years old went missing and was later found nude and dead in a field south of Lafayette Indiana. I was wondering if anyone knows if her murder was ever solved, or if there was anything that happened. Her name was Kristine Kolzk. She was 19, I was 19. It's bothered me ever since. I wrote to the school newspaper and have searched the web, with very little information being found. Thanks,

Dear PA,

No they never found out WHO murdered Kristie. However, I have been bugging WLFI-TV18 to do a special report on unsolved crimes and murders in the Tippecanoe County area.
They are working on it. So, hopefully since we have the 1-800-WE-Tip hotline, someone may come forward who knows something about the case.
