I still miss Edd Hall as the announcer on The Tonight Show. He had a nice deep "announcer" voice, and was so funny in all the goofy skits and voiceovers he did. I was really sad to see him go.

John Melendez doesn't get near as much on my nerves as he used to, but I still don't think he's a good fit. He still doesn't even have half the chemistry with Jay and Kevin that Edd did.

I've wanted to post this for awhile, and didn't feel like wading through previous posts to see if this has been touched on before. Just my 2 cents...;)

I read he left of his own accord - that he wanted to write and produce. I haven't seen him in anything since he left the Tonight Show. I love Edd Hall - I always enjoyed him on the show!

He must still be trying to sell his work...  God, I loved Ed Hall. He was excellent.

I like John Melendez, only because I love Howard Stern and I know him from that. I must have been real busy because I missed the transition from Ed to John. Hell, I missed John leaving Howard Stern's show. Damn! what the hell was I doing that I missed these events?

I loved the parody of the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade Jay and Edd did every year. That was one bit I always looked forward to every year!!
